Until the end of February each year we only accept reservations for “Exclusive Use” for the Peak Season (July and August). From 1st March onwards we accept bookings for smaller groups, individual gites and B&B.
Off-peak season: Gites and apartments available individually and we can be much more flexible on arrival/departure days and length of stay.

Gites
Prices are per week self-catering
Price includes: all utilities (including gas barbeques and heating when required), bed linen, bath towels and end-of-stay cleaning along with full use of all facilities including wifi, swimming pool, gym, boules court and gardens
Prices quoted for “Exclusive Use” are for self-catering accommodation
It may be possible to accommodate an additional younger person on a ‘z-bed’ or cot – please contact us to discuss your requirements
Changeover days are usually on a Saturday with a minimum booking of one week during peak season. Outside of the peak season we will be as flexible as possible to meet your requirements. (Minimum booking 4 nights for Exclusive Use or La Capsole and 3 nights for Petit Gite or Tres Estelles – we are always happy to have an informal discussion about how we can best meet your needs!

Prices from €90 per room per night (2 people)
Price includes continental breakfast. Guests have use of all facilities including wifi, swimming pool, gym and lounge with television
Single-person discount of €8.50 per room per night
Payment
25% deposit required to secure booking
Full payment required 8 weeks prior to holiday
A refundable security deposit of €200 will be taken with final payment for each unit of self-catering accommodation
Payment is accepted by bank to bank transfer or PayPal
B&B payments are also accepted by French cheque, credit card or cash on arrival
